Built Different.

As a lifelong resident of Oconee County, I have seen the real estate market transform in my small home town. I grew up riding school buses on many of the roads around Oconee and Lake Keowee before the major developing of communities and subdivisions opened doors to the nearly 80,000 residents we have today. As I drive my clients around the all familiar roads, I am able to tell them the history of some of the area. I've spent years with family and friends playing and exploring our beautiful lakes, and along the many streams, rivers, waterfalls and mountain trails. I raised my own children here and they too have fallen in love with this area we all call home. I began working with 1st Choice Realty, which is now Allen Tate Realtors, in 2007. I've developed a standing, close relationships with my clients, who have easily become my friends. I treat all of my clients with the respect, integrity and personal care they deserve.
In order to maintain professional standards,I take advantage of the many educational opportunites, I meet regularly with coworkers to discuss market conditions, and improving the services we provide our clients. I attend open houses and go on company and area caravans to ensure I know the market.
My goal is to provide my clients with the best knowledge to guide them in every area of buying or selling a home.
